If you have been diagnosed with IBS, or frequently experience uncomfortable bloating, gas, abdominal plain, nausea, constipation or diarrhea, you could be experiencing food intolerance. If you have recurrent migraines, reflux, rashes or sinus problems, this could also be food intolerance.
I understand personally how frustrating this process can be and want to help you alleviate your symptoms to get you back to feeling like yourself. We would work together to investigate and identify your trigger foods, resolve your symptoms and learn how to normalise your eating again. These diets are not to be followed long-term, or about restriction where not necessary. Once we have found your individual tolerance of these foods, a healthy balanced diet is the focus for your long-term health.
